Specification Definition

Based on the application conditions and process objectives, senior application engineers engage in depth with the customer to define key performance indicators such as adsorption capacity, kinetic parameters and physical strength.

Technical Approach Selection

Feasible options are comprehensively evaluated to select the technical approach. Product cost, performance and service life are holistically assessed to lock in the optimal preparation process, material system (e.g., forming process, modifying ions) and equipment compatibility.

Proof of Concept (PoC)

Sample preparation and preliminary performance testing are completed under laboratory conditions. The first batch of hundred gram scale samples, together with initial adsorption equilibrium and kinetic data curves, is delivered to verify theoretical feasibility.

Evaluation Method Development

Highly correlated predictive models between laboratory physicochemical properties and end use application performance are established based on the product’s unique attributes, enabling rapid equivalent evaluation of application performance and shortening the customer’s validation cycle..

Pilot Scale up

Trial production from hundreds of kilograms to the ton scale is carried out. Precise dynamic operating windows are determined, and challenges such as raw material fluctuation, heat transfer and fluid dynamics limitations during scale up are comprehensively resolved, confirming the boundaries for mass production.

Production Line Manufacturing

A smooth transition to volume production mode is achieved. Through a rigorous quality assurance system (QA/QC) and certificate of analysis (COA) for outgoing inspection, on schedule, quality assured and stable delivery of highly reproducible products is guaranteed.
